Tucker City Council District 2, Post 2
Noelle Monferdini is an extraordinary leader with 11 years of multi-million dollar, multi-regional projects under her leadership. She has led regulatory and infrastructure teams through massive fiber optic builds throughout the Western and Southeastern Region of the United States. She led the team in the life safety infrastructure for the Atlanta CDC build and Gwinnett Technical College.
Noelle then completed extensive training with the Six Sigma Academy and earned her Certification as a Black Belt. For the next 5 years she trained and coached project teams, sharing the methodology of improving business process by utilizing statistical analysis rather than guesswork. During this span she netted 3.5 million in EBIT savings.
She currently owns a photography business in Tucker, GA where she lives with her husband and children. She is vested in her community and spends a good amount of her spring and fall coaching the youth there.
Noelle Monferdini believes that an individual should have the most possible autonomy with their own property and their own land.
She believes in being a true public servant. Which, for her, means listening to the people in her district and trying to adapt local ordinances to make their lives better and lessen the stresses of change.
Noelle would like to create a budget minded city government, one that lessens the financial burden of the residents, through structured contracts with in-depth scopes of work that would insure proper delivery of each project.
Noelle would like to keep the Homestead Exemption as a permanent feature to the new City of Tucker as well as work a budget that will reduce the current property tax.
Noelle sees that the current ways of government are irrevocably broken and understands that only the right team can rebuild it into a truly selfless governing body.
